Volumetric glassware

Volumetric glassware is an important subject for a chemist and material science researchers. For material synthesis and analysis, volumetric glassware are essential. For diluting a sample or chemical solution, usually we use volumetric flasks. Volumetric flasks have markings with maximum accuracy. For the transfer of a fixed volume solution, normally we use pipets. Two common types of pipets are available in market nowadays. They are volumetric (transfer) and measuring (graduated). For more accurate and sensitive transfer of solutions, we can use syringe pipets. For the accurate delivery of a variable amount of liquid solution, a researcher relies on a buret. To detect end point in titrations, we use burets.
